30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.

How to Request a Refund

Email us through the Contact page with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 24–48 hours.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items returned after 30 days
• Items showing signs of misuse or physical damage caused by the customer
